During our December “Support & Relief” cruise in the British Virgin Islands, Kristen Gosselin of KG Events & Design (www.kgeventsdesign.com ) had a chance to sit down with Foxy of Foxy’s Tamarind Bar and the Jost Van Dyke Preservation Society. They talked about his family history and the future of his island. Foxy mentioned the awesome potential of a Benefit concert, perhaps at the Flora-Bama with his friends – Kenny Chesney and Jimmy Buffett. He also sang a couple of songs, finishing with a classic – thanking Vineyard Vines for their contributions!
We have this interview divided into 3 clips:
Part one – one of his classic songs about “walking barefoot in the sand”
Part 2, Foxy talks about his family history and Jost Van Dyke
Part 3, Foxy talks about the future: Jost Van Dyke University, Banana trees, Flora Bama Hurricane benefit with Kenny Chesney and Jimmy Buffett, closes with a song thanking Vineyard Vines for their contribution!
